For best results take 1-2 capsules 1 hour prior to breakfast with a large glass of water. Take a further 1-2 capsules 1 hour prior to your evening meal and no later than 4 hours before you go to sleep as this is a stimulant and could effect your sleep patterns. For serious gym users you can take 1-2 capsules 1 hour prior to training as a pre workout supplement.
