Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil capsules contain Cis-Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), plus Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of normal hormonal activity.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• These capsules have been formulated to nourish your body with two fatty acids: Cis-Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Linoleic acid (LA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10g of LA.
• Within the body Linoleic Acid is metabolised to GLA, which is essential to produce certain hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. Not all fatty acids can be made in the body and therefore should be supplied through diet and supplementation.
• Vitamin B6 contributes towards the regulation of normal hormonal activity.
