Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil Supplement has been made to nourish your body with two fatty acids that it can’t make by itself: Linolenic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). These Evening Primrose Oil Supplements also contain vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of normal hormonal activity.

Human breast milk is one of the richest natural sources of GLA, whilst LA can be found in safflower, hemp and sunflower oils.
