What is it?
Holland & Barrett Glow Kombucha contains added adaptogens and vitamins. Kombucha is a fermented drink made from tea, sugar and a bacterial culture called a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). Kombucha has been linked to a whole host of benefits, as well as containing essential vitamins and minerals. This glow kombucha drink is formulated with Panax Ginseng, Vitamin C and Live Cultures.

How is H&B Kombucha Sugar Free?
During our fermentation process, the live cultures consume the sugar, enabling us to create our sugar free kombucha.
What are the Benefits of this Glow Kombucha?
- Ginseng contains Ginsenosides, which are the most potent active ingredients in ginseng - contributing to general well-being and might also help with everyday pressure. Ginseng and its vitamin C properties are thought to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of cartilage and skin. Vitamin C plays an important part in collagen synthesis, which is found in our bones, hair, skin, nails, ligaments, blood vessels, joints, and other parts of the body.
- Live Cultures are a type of good bacteria, that come in the form of microbes associated with foods and drinks, helping the normal function of the gut.
