Healthy Diet
I have just recently bought this item.Not tried it yet but i have other ones in the Chia Brand and they are very good for health benefits.

Versatile
Great staple to keep in my cupbaord. I add it to smoothies, baking, morning breakkie. It's a great way to get the benefits of chia seeds without that jelly-like texture.
