Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until completely smooth.
Top tip: The batter should be smooth and pourable with an even consistency. Make sure the pan and oil are fully heated before adding the batter and allow the first side to cook properly before flipping. The first wrap may not be perfect, but they become easier as you go.
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron frying pan over a medium heat, then lightly spray with oil and reduce the heat to low.
Pour the batter into the pan and quickly swirl it outwards in a circular motion to form a thin wrap, around 20–25cm wide. The batter sets quickly, so work fast to spread it evenly before it cooks.
Cook for around two minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the wrap looks set and lightly golden underneath.
Carefully flip and cook for a further one to two minutes on the other side. The wraps will be delicate while hot, so transfer gently to a plate.
Allow to completely cool for five to eight minutes before filling and rolling with your favourite ingredients.
