Rude Health Coconut & Seed Muesli is gluten free so out goes the barley and rye, in goes quinoa and buckwheat. Then we throw in handfuls of five seeds and five fruits. Now everybody can enjoy our Coconut and Seed Muesli.
The fruit’s chopped really small, so the sweetness spreads through the milk, making a kind of fruity porridge. What a perfect way to start the day!

Good quality, tasty muesli
very nice muesli, especially if you add extra nuts to it. I find many mueslis are too sweet but this one is just right

Lovely in porridge
Very tasty. My recipe for Morning Porridge: 2 dessert spoons of Rude Muesli,1 dessert spoon of Porridge Oats, a few mixed nuts, (not peanuts), 2 prunes and 2 dried apricots, 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds and pine nuts and 200ml of unsweetened Almond Milk. Cook until porridge…
